Cosplay/Halloween costume!

Hey Ale-gators!

Like my new name for you all? i thought of it after i had a few drinks and it's stuck!

Right then! this new post is all about Cosplaying and other situations that concern costumes...
If like me you are working on a budget, this year i was torn between The Crow and my own interpretation of the Master from Doctor Who.

I've found it hard to choose between the two so i'm going to show you both and explain how they are put together, with links to all the items i got online(some I've picked up over the years!) so you can make your own as it's coming up to the scariest time of the year!

if you guys wanna show me your costumes then Comment below! might even hold a little prize for the costume i think is best! Yes you guessed it folks, It's a competition! all you need to do is send me a picture of you in your costumes! couldn't be more simple eh? On with the show!

The crow:
A dry run of the make up, this was done with eye liner only...

For this one it's a simple costume, i wear a dark purple shirt, black trousers, a dark green long coat, and combat boots, topped off with a black wig and white and black face paint, now for this costume i went for something different, namely i'm a crow with a beard, which makes makes the facepaint difficult to apply!

The Master:

this is the one i have gone for, my own custom master costume, because with this costume you can really do what you want! for this i went for a style slightly reminiscent of both Matt Smiths Doctor and Peter Capaldi's Doctor, i went for a grey bowtie and black waistcoat, black 3/4 length coat and black trousers, black and white braces and my dark red shirt, giving the idea of a darker version of the doctor, i used the 12th doctor's screwdriver because it was the one i had on hand, i also swept back my hair to create a more sophisticated look to the costume, the whole costume comes from the idea that the master follows the doctor closely, copying him in some way to confuse and upset the doctor.

I hope you've enjoyed this Halloween Blogpost and i will return shortly with the next one! see you later Ale-Gators!
